Responsibilities

• Conduct business requirements analysis, document them, and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop Business Process Diagrams to visualize current and future processes (UML, BPMN,  Sequence).
• Formulate user stories, use-case diagrams, and other types of business requirements.
• Create Functional Specifications to describe software requirements.
• Design Data Flow Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams to illustrate data flows and relationships between system components.
• Develop UI Mockups and Prototypes to visualize the user interface and its interaction.
• Prepare test cases to verify that the developed software meets business requirements.
• Develop reference documentation for users and developers, including API descriptions and operating instructions.
• Support the development team in implementing functionality.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management methodologies.
• Knowledge of tools and technologies for managing logistics systems.
• Familiarity with business process analysis methodologies (BPMN, UML).
• Proficiency in SQL for complex queries.
• Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Technical understanding of software development processes.
• Skills in creating technical specifications and documentation.
• Effective communication with various project stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset and ability to systematize information.
• Desire for continuous learning and self-improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, management, or economics.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, C#, Groovy).
• Experience in UI prototyping using tools like Figma or Axure.
• Experience in the logistics field.
• Knowledge of JSON, OpenAPI.
• Understanding of Kafka, HTTP, gRPC.
• Experience in building integration interactions using REST pattern and message queues.
