Responsibilities
- Identify fresh avenues for expansion by leveraging market insights, personal connections, and emerging technological trends within both top-tier and mid-tier client segments. Financial Manager
Responsibilities
- Preparation of the company budget, monthly plan-facts, analysis and adjustments;
- Maintaining management accounting of the company;
- Preparing financial models;
- Preparation of internal management reporting: PL, CF (cash flow), BS;
- CF planning and control;
- Calculation of bonuses, bonuses, drawing up and optimization of motivational schemes together with HRD and CTO;
- Maintaining project accounting together with the technical director and delivery director;
- Analysis and acceptance of budget projects, subsequent monitoring of the implementation of budget projects together with the technical director;
- Cost control and optimization;
- Conducting operational tasks (issuing invoices to foreign clients, settlements with personnel, making payments to foreign legal entities, communications with foreign banks);
- Dealing with accounts receivable/non-payments;
Requirements
- Knowledge of IFRS;
- Advanced level of Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI or other data visualization tool;
- Experience in building financial processes in a company;
- Experience working in a distributed company with a fully remote team is an advantage;
- Experience in automation of management accounting;
- English language level is at least intermediate;

Senior QA Automation/SDET Engineer
Who We’re Looking For
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer you will write scripts to automate tests and increase automated tests coverage of the product working closely with the business team, backend and frontend engineers, and architects. By utilising a variety of automation tools, you will plan, test, and generate test reports to ensure continuous quality of the product.
What You’ll Need
- 4+ years of hands-on AQA experience
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to interact productively with end users, analysts, and customers in a diverse team setting
- Understanding of the Test Pyramid and types of tests (unit, component, integration, functional, regression, etc.)
- Experience creating and managing Test Plans, Test Cases, and Regression Sets
- Good knowledge of and experience with Python (primary programming language) and related libraries
- Experience with clouds. Google Cloud (GCP) as a primary cloud
- Experience with REST API Testing and corresponding tools: REST API libraries, Postman, curl
- Good knowledge of SQL and tools for testing RDBMS queries and their performance.
- Experience with Kafka
- Experience with UI testing: Selenium WebDriver, POM (Page Object Model)
- Practical BDD & ATDD experience
- Performance and Load Testing experience: jMeter, etc.
- Good understanding of CI/CD approach and related tools
