This cutting-edge technology, which creates virtual replicas of physical assets or processes, is transforming industries such as commercial real estate, infrastructure, and manufacturing by enhancing efficiency and optimizing operations. We’re looking for a B2B Sales Agent in Mexico to drive adoption of our solution in these key sectors. This is an individual contributor role focused 100% on sales (no team-management responsibilities), ideal for professionals with proven experience and strong industry networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Prospecting: Identify and engage potential B2B customers in commercial real estate, infrastructure, and manufacturing/industrial sectors to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Solution Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate SmartSpatial’s digital twin technology to decision-makers, tailoring each presentation to highlight the solution’s value for their specific needs.
- Deal Closure: Manage the full consultative sales cycle—from negotiation through contract signing—ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing post-sale support and serving as a trusted advisor for future business opportunities.
- Industry Events: Represent SmartSpatial at trade shows and industry events, conducting networking activities and generating new leads while staying current on B2B technology trends.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably selling technology solutions or enterprise services.
- Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial real estate, industrial/manufacturing, or infrastructure markets. Prior experience working with clients in one or more of these areas is highly desirable.
- Professional Network: Established contacts and relationships within one or more of the target industries to facilitate immediate opportunity generation.
- Sales Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to explain complex technology solutions clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Tech Savvy: Knowledge of—or willingness to learn—digital twin technology and its applications (Industry 4.0, smart cities, asset optimization, etc.), demonstrating curiosity and initiative.
- Digital Tools: Proficiency with CRM systems and digital platforms for client management and opportunity tracking. Comfortable conducting remote sales via email, video calls, and other digital channels.
- Autonomy & Drive: Self-motivated and results-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset to manage your own sales funnel and maximize the commission-based model.
