  • Preparation of the company budget, monthly plan-facts, analysis and adjustments;
  • Maintaining management accounting of the company;
  • Preparing financial models;
  • Preparation of internal management reporting: PL, CF (cash flow), BS;
  • CF planning and control;
  • Calculation of bonuses, bonuses, drawing up and optimization of motivational schemes together with HRD and CTO;
  • Maintaining project accounting together with the technical director and delivery director;
  • Analysis and acceptance of budget projects, subsequent monitoring of the implementation of budget projects together with the technical director;
  • Cost control and optimization;
  • Conducting operational tasks (issuing invoices to foreign clients, settlements with personnel, making payments to foreign legal entities, communications with foreign banks);
  • Dealing with accounts receivable/non-payments;


  • Knowledge of IFRS;
  • Advanced level of Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI or other data visualization tool;
  • Experience in building financial processes in a company;
  • Experience working in a distributed company with a fully remote team is an advantage;
  • Experience in automation of management accounting;
  • English language level is at least intermediate;
  • Willingness to directly perform routine tasks: carrying out calculations, preparing documents, issuing invoices (at the moment there are no subordinate managers);
  • Flexible work schedule.
